They replaced my phone's USB port with the incorrect model, and broke both my phone's back casing and its screen protector in the process. It has been a month and they still have not fixed this, and have refused to give me a refund despite their "100% satisfaction" promise on their website. They have a sign in their shop promising rewards for Facebook likes, so you can't trust their good reviews. Buyer beware!
