En tant que Responsable Production, j'ai fait appel à "Gafner Perspectives" afin de m'aider dans une démarche de formation continue pour un chef d'équipe de 40 personnes. "Gafner Perspectives" a étudier le profil de la ressource concerné et proposé une formation spécifique au besoin et à la personne. Les résultats étaient au rendez-vous.
