Our Company is a cooperative that manages buildings in the free or subsidized sector on behalf of various owners such as: real estate companies, PPEs, provident funds, municipalities, cooperatives, etc.

With regard to the requirements of its customers and the sales it generates, our Company can pride itself on never having approached competitors in the industry for a management mandate. In fact, almost all of the real estate currently managed by COGERIM was built under its responsibility, at the request of owners or developers.

For the elaboration of a management mandate, COGERIM has never sought out any competitors in the industry.

When it comes to developing construction projects, COGERIM's skills enable it to define the cost price and gross yield of a project very quickly; when the project is actually carried out, close collaboration with qualified construction professionals such as architects and engineers ensures significant added value in its follow-up.

It should be noted that the people in charge of COGERIM are members of the Association Professionnelle des Gérants et Courtiers en Immeubles de Genève (A.P.G.C.I.) and apply the profession's ethical rules. We also have two certified real estate managers and brokers.

1972 - Fondation de la régie

COGERIM was founded in April 1972 with the aim of professionally managing the buildings of a housing cooperative.

Given the quality of its work and its efficiency, a number of external clients have enlisted its services. COGERIM has gone from strength to strength, proving its capabilities to such an extent that, for example, many joint institutions, in Geneva in particular, but also in French-speaking Switzerland, have entrusted it with the management of their real estate holdings.

In addition to the management of housing cooperatives, COGERIM is also responsible for the management of the company's real estate holdings.

In addition to property management, over the years COGERIM has specialized in the promotion and construction of buildings as a property manager and general contracting firm: one example is the development of the Cité d'Avanchet-Parc, where COGERIM retained the administration of all the buildings as part of its central property management once construction was complete.

While our Company began its activities with two employees, today it finds itself employing 70 people.
