Sass cafè Vineria

All dishes at Sass Caffe' are carefully designed and cooked with passion and attention, in line with the philosophy that Guido Sassi has always applied to all his projects related to high-quality, modern, and sophisticated dining.

The careful selection of the best ingredients, with certified and guaranteed provenance, is combined with skilled preparation that respects the intrinsic qualities of the products.

All Sass Caffe' suppliers are required to maintain high standards, and their proven experience and expertise ensure that we receive fresh, seasonal, and high-quality ingredients.

As restaurateurs, we must never forget that when customers cross the threshold of our restaurant, they establish a relationship of total trust with us.

The customer will naturally express their opinion based on what is offered to them: they may appreciate or despise our work. In other words, they will assess whether the trust they placed in the restaurant has been betrayed or respected.

Betraying the relationship of trust with the customer is the biggest mistake a restaurateur can make, as it damages not only themselves but the entire profession.
