Hatha Yoga in small groups in Basel Stadt and Baselland

I teach Hatha Yoga in my Yoga-School Ananda in Basel as well as in Arlesheim and Gelterkinden. In small groups of up to 6 people (max. 10 people in Arlesheim), course participants learn to be more aware of their bodies and take a step back from everyday life. I offer private yoga lessons for your personal needs. My yoga classes are aimed at people of all ages, including pregnant women.

Regular practice of yoga leads to balance of consciousness and clarity of thought and action. Through yoga, we achieve a state of relaxation, inner balance and concentration.
