The Foundation Board exercises overall supervision of all the Foundation's institutions. In addition to electing the members of the Foundation Board, it has the following non-transferable powers in particular:

• Supervision of the management and use of the foundation's assets;
• Amending the statutes and enacting or amending regulations;
• Approval of the foundation's annual financial statements and operating accounts, as well as the budget estimates for the school and the foundation;
• Election of the president of the foundation, the presidents and members of the commissions, the secretary, the treasurer, and the director;
• Appointment of commissions and committees to solve specific tasks.
