We were only the third butcher's shop in the whole of northwestern Switzerland to be accepted into the Club Prosper Montagné Académie Suisse des Gastronomes after a two-year trial and inspection period and were awarded for our meat quality and service. A total of 9 sausages were tested in three tests, 6 of which were awarded gold and 3 silver.

Our own slaughtering and production are the best recipe for meeting the highest standards of meat quality. We would like to convince you with our top meat quality and reliable service and thus contribute to your success.
