Dépannage Informatique Genève is the commercial brand of proximity operated by i4M Services Informatiques Sàrl, a Swiss IT company registered with the Geneva Commercial Register (CHE-325.495.659). Our agency is open to the public in the heart of Geneva, Rue du Commerce 4, 1204 Geneva, just steps from Bel-air train and the Confédération shopping centre.

Since 2020, we have been supporting Geneva-based private individuals and self-employed professionals with all their occasional IT needs, with a human, transparent and local approach. Remotely: for most software problems (Microsoft Office, email configuration, Wi-Fi, light disinfection, training), an intervention via secure remote access through TeamViewer is faster and more economical, with no travel fees.
