Dish of the day, brasserie dish, meat, pasta and fish there's something for everyone.Lamb mouse braised in red wine is one of the most popular brasserie dishes. The dishes are made from fresh seasonal produce, lovingly prepared by the kitchen brigade led by Joso. A self-taught chef with his heart on his sleeve, who loves to share his passion in his dishes.
