Lentigny Wellness

Lentigny Wellness is a small business based in Lentigny, in the canton of Fribourg, dedicated to wellness through movement. Founded and run by Nicole Marro, a certified Wellness Trainer and instructor in Pilates, Nordic Walking, gentle exercise, back exercises, and sports for seniors (esa), the company offers:

• Pilates classes: individual, duo, trio, or small groups (3–5 people), with a trial session and 10-lesson subscriptions

• Nordic walking sessions: 90-minute technical introductions, with poles provided, for individuals, pairs, or small groups (3–5 people)

• Gentle exercise & wellness: stretching, back exercises, dynamic relaxation (Qi Gong, shibashi), exercise for seniors – individual sessions lasting 30 to 60 minutes, tailored to individual needs

The approach is personalized and in small groups, with an emphasis on body awareness and individual progress
