Lentigny Wellness is a small structure based in Lentigny, in the canton of Fribourg, dedicated to well-being through movement. Founded and run by Nicole Marro, a qualified Wellness Trainer and certified instructor in Pilates, Nordic Walking, gentle gym, back gym and sport for seniors (esa), the company offers:

• Pilates classes: one-to-one, duo, trio or small groups (3-5 pers.), with a trial session and 10-lesson subscriptions

• Nordic Walking sessions: 90-min technical initiations, with poles provided, in individuals, duos or small groups (3-5 pers.)

• Gym douce & bien-être : stretching, back gym, dynamic relaxation (Qi Gong, shibashi), seniors gym - individual sessions of 30 to 60 min, personalized

The approach is intended to be personalized and in small groups, with an emphasis on body awareness and individual progress
