In summer, sit on our panoramic terrace and enjoythe superb, unobstructed view of Lake Geneva and the Lavaux vineyards, the pile dwellings, Le Corbusier's architectural work, the Montreux Jazz Festival archives, and the Fête des Vignerons in Vevey, which together form the canton of Vaud's contribution toUNESCO's world heritage.

Our specialties include meat on slate, perch fillets, beef tartare, and our delicious pink tuna steak with foie gras and raspberry vinegar!
