Over the past few years, I have worked intensively with these cuisines and constantly developed my skills. Let me tell you about my experiences.
My journey began in the kitchens of my homeland in the Balkans, where I got to know and love the variety of flavors and ingredients of this region. From hearty meat dishes like cevapcici and pljeskavica to traditional stews like sarma and burek, I delved into the secrets of Balkan cuisine. I learned how to find the perfect blend of spices and prepare the dishes with loving dedication.
After my time in the Balkans, my path led me to Switzerland, where I explored the rich and varied Swiss cuisine. From cheese fondue to rösti and Zürcher Geschnetzeltem, I learned the art of cooking with high-quality Swiss ingredients. Swiss cuisine taught me the importance of using fresh and seasonal products and bringing out their natural flavors.
Finally, I was drawn (culinarily) to sunny Italy, which is known for its delicious Mediterranean cuisine. I learned the art of pasta making and familiarized myself with the various sauces and preparation methods. From classic dishes such as spaghetti carbonara to regional specialties such as ravioli capresi or risotto alla Milanese, I have deepened my love of Italian food.My years of experience in Balkan, Swiss and Italian cuisine have not only given me a broad repertoire of recipes, but also a deep understanding of the cultural backgrounds and stories associated with each dish. I always strive to use traditional techniques and authentic ingredients to preserve the true flavors of these cuisines.
As a passionate chef, my mission is to inspire people with my culinary creations and bring them a piece of my journey through Balkan, Swiss and Italian cuisine.
