Our customers benefit from this today and appreciate our unusual, tried-and-tested and fresh breads and confectionery products. But they appreciate even more our tradition and quality, which we maintain and develop to a high degree.
We are proud of this.
We knead, bake, glaze and decorate every day - by hand and with attention to detail. Over 20 different types of crusty bread are produced every day, made with great care and without chemical additives. For our products, we value high-quality raw materials from the region.
