The specialty bakery Weder in St. Gallen has been in existence since 1860, when it was still known as Falk. Robert Weder took over the business from his father in 1978 and expanded it significantly. Today, he and his wife Lynn employ 34 people.
In addition to its three branches and the Rösslitor bookstore, the company supplies various canteens, restaurants, and bulk buyers. For many years, Robert Weder was president of the St. Gallen Association of Master Bakers and Confectioners. The third generation is already at work in the bakery.

Leider wurde ich gestern um drei vor vier vor geschlossener Türe stehen gelassen. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mich gesehen hat aber abgewunken, obwohl das Brotgestell noch ziemlich voll war. Schade...
