Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder method)                    

 

Drainage is a massage technique designed to stimulate the circulation of the lymphe and detoxify the body while strengthening the immune system. Thanks to the pulsating contractions of muscles and blood vessels, lymph circulates through the lymphatic vessels, draining excess fluids, toxins and cellular debris. It is recommended in cases of :

• water retention, heavy legs, lymphoedema
• cellulite and lipedema (accumulation of subcutaneous fat)
• stress, insomnia, immune system
• inflammation of rheumatic origin
• eczema, acne
• sinusitis, migraine

Lymphatic drainage is performed with the fingers and palms of the hands over the whole body, following the direction of lymphatic circulation and varying the pressure. When lymph circulation is deficient, the body can become weakened and intoxicated, which can lead to a variety of health problems.

Kinesiology for adults and children (TFH, Brain gym, Brain reinstatement, Harmonic Kinesiology)

 

Kinesiology is an energetic approach to stress release and personal development that is natural, gentle and holistic, with the aim of accompanying people in their difficulties, needs and questioning.

It stems from chiropractic and draws on concepts from traditional Chinese medicine, neuroscience, reflex pathways and neurophysiology. The indications and benefits of Kinesiology are numerous 

 

• anxiety, stress, headaches,
• physical pain, digestive problems
• sickness, separation, loneliness,
• lack of self-confidence and self-esteem, academic failure, stress over competition

 

The kinesiologist uses muscle testing to establish a direct dialogue with the body. In stressful situations muscles empty themselves of energy and "unlock", in normal times or during a positive state, muscles "lock". This muscle tone response to stress enables an exchange of information. It enables us to access the body's memory, understand the cause of malaise, and find answers and solutions to achieve our goals.

A session always begins with attentive listening and an exchange enabling a clear understanding of the situation, then unfolds in 3 stages :

• establishing a priority objective for the session
• searching for information and emotions related to the objective
• balancing to remove blockages

 

Thetechniques for rebalancing and releasing stress are numerous: meridian, acupuncture point stimulation, exercises, massage, postures, sounds, Bach Flowers, chromotherapy, etc.
