In the heart of the Yvorne vineyards, facing the Dents du Midi, lies the superb family estate "Dillet" whose vines adjoin the house.

"Limiting quantity for the benefit of quality" sums up the approach of Eric Minod, a demanding winemaker who produces Chasselas, Pinot noir, rosé and - among others - a very fruity specialty.

But a tasting is better than long speeches.

Eric Minod has created a magnificent oenothèque of the estate's products. Adjacent to this sales outlet, a carnotzet and soon a barrel cellar, allow visitors to be welcomed in groups of around 25 people.

Wednesday and Thursday from 16:00 to 20:00
and Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00 or by appointment.

When weather conditions permit, visitors are welcomed to the garden, a magnificent "balcony of the vines" where, in the shade of a trellis and facing the Dents-du-Midi, the "Dillet" wine will express all its terroir: a great convivial moment.
