The Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall supervision of all the Foundation's facilities. In addition to electing the members of the Board of Trustees, it has the following non-transferable powers in particular:

Supervision of the administration and use of the Foundation's assets;

Amendment of the Articles of Association and issuance or amendment of regulations;

Approval of the Foundation's annual statement of assets and the operating account as well as the school and Foundation budget;

Election of the President of the Foundation, the Presidents and members of the committees, the Secretary, the Treasurer and the Director;

Appointment of commissions and committees to solve special tasks;
