Notre famille de Brisbane , Australie a séjourné à l'hôtel et nous-même avons souvent mangé au restaurant. Malheureusement le Covid nous a coupé sèchement nos habitudes depuis bientôt 2 ans. Dommage, mais nous reviendrons bientôt. De toute notre équipe: Une satisfaction totale au point de vue service, qualité, efficacité, amabilité et politesse. Cuisine au top. Sur 5 nous évaluons à 4.8. Nous avons déjeuné au Restaurant du Port et avons été ravis par la qualité de la cuisine. Les filets de perche étaient particulièrement savoureux, accompagnés de deux sauces parfaitement réalisées : tartare et citron, qui mettaient bien en valeur le poisson. Même satisfaction du côté du carpaccio de poulpe, très frais, subtilement relevé par des sauces bien pensées. Petit bémol concernant les frites, que nous avons trouvées un peu trop "claires" à notre goût — une cuisson légèrement plus poussée aurait été idéale. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience, que nous recommandons sans hésiter.
