Since 1785, the family’s passion and expertise in wine 🍷 and vineyard work have been passed down from father to son. Master winemaker and oenologist Philippe Rosset took over the estate in 1999. Privileged location In the heart of Lavaux , Union Vinicole de Cully enjoys a privileged location at the crossroads of the Epesses and Villette appellations. The three-storey cellar building is located at "Les Colombaires-Dessous", west of Cully, between the SBB station and the Route de la Corniche. The winery Union Vinicole de Cully is a cooperative winery, i.e. an association of independent winegrower-owners who have joined forces to ensure that their harvest is vinified and marketed under the best possible conditions. Founded in 1937, the winery currently has 37 members, including 5 principal winegrowers. Our team is made up of 10 people, divided between the cellar and sales, with Martin Morgenthaler as current manager and Mr. Bernau as cellar oenologist. Espace Vinilingus Our Vinilingus rental space is available for private and business events. From November to the end of January, it is complemented by our Yurt. Lavaux Expérience Out on the vineyard terraces, with their breathtaking views of the lake, the vines and the mountains, you will have the opportunity to find out all about the winegrower’s work through the changing seasons and to spend around 1 hour putting your newly acquired knowledge into practice. Then afterwards among our oak barrels in the cellars and in our wine vault you can taste the wines from the domaine, accompanied by local dishes typical of our region. To conclude this viticultural experience you will receive three bottles of Domaine Christophe Chappuis wine and a certificate as evidence of your work in the vineyard or the cellars, in an unique site renowned for its beauty and its winegrowing tradition and listed as a UNESCO world heritage site. At the helm of the Bristol's kitchens since April 2023, Christophe Pagnot is bringing a breath of fresh air to the restaurant of this historic address, appreciated for its chic, authentic and friendly atmosphere. He revisits the classics of French gastronomy with influences from Asia, Latin and the French islands. The cuisine is simple, creative and rich in flavour, highlighting the raw product in all its forms.
