I aim to provide high quality, evidence-based, woman-centered care to women and their families, while respecting your wishes and adapting to your circumstances and culture. My mission has three aspects: pregnancy care and detection of any potential deviation from the norm, education and health promotion. By combining these three pillars, women are then empowered to make informed choices and experience their pregnancy in a serene manner. Individual birth preparation classes A la carte, according to your needs, whether it's your first pregnancy or you'd like a refresher course. Topics may include: • The end of pregnancy: What to expect and how to ease discomfort. • Pre-labour and labour (contractions) • How to manage contractions • Birth and welcoming your new baby • The first days and weeks with baby • Breastfeeding and/or bottles of formula milk • Preparing my dog for the arrival of baby (with a dog behaviourist) Pregnancy monitoring with or without a doctor's prescription Sometimes your pregnancy requires close monitoring, and your doctor may decide to prescribe midwifery care at home (covered by your basic insurance). If this is the case, I'll be happy to promptly organise with you our first appointment to suit your needs. CTG monitoring of your baby's heart rate and uterine activity If your pregnancy requires close monitoring in the comfort of your own home, I can bring a CTG (cardiotocograph) to record your baby's heart rate and uterine activity over a period of 20-30 minutes. We are a mystery in which to dwell and not a problem to solve In my atelier kreamamena i propose to open up secured spaces which invite healing, enlivening, touching, moving, refreshing, inspiring und ensouling. This can happen by simply receiving a massage, while meditating and also while being creative. Whichever method you decide to choose, they all will lead you to more self understanding, to letting go of old stuff and inviting new energies, to finding a home in the present moment. My approaches are suitable for adults as well as for teens and kids. Kids can connect with their roots when receiving a massage and adults can connect with their inner child while being creative. I've always enjoyed working with other human Beings, and it feels specially meaningful to me when i sense... that there is a genuine wish to walk the path, to be responsible of ones happiness and healing, a willingness to engage, play, explore, taste, feel, ask questions, be curious that there is a longing, a search for transformation, for alchemy, for growth, that there is a call from the soul that there is an openness to authenticity, a readiness to drop the masks, a desire to heal fears and invite hope that there may be shame or timidity at the beginning, but also a growing trust which allow miracles to happen I am looking forward to a genuine time of encounter and shared humanity with you. Life moves like a pendulum, between stability and flexibility, strength and softness, movement and stillness, touching and receiving, exploring and listening, me and you, silence and communication. Maybe I learn the most, when we ride together on this swing of life.
