We were only the third butcher's shop in the whole of northwestern Switzerland to be accepted into the Club Prosper Montagné Académie Suisse des Gastronomes after a two-year trial and inspection period and were awarded for our meat quality and service. A total of 9 sausages were tested in three tests, 6 of which were awarded gold and 3 silver. Our own slaughtering and production are the best recipe for meeting the highest standards of meat quality. Im schönen Garten der Dampfzentrale sitzt man sehr gemütlich, direkt an der Aare. Die Speisekarte ist vielfältig, wenn es auch für meinen Geschmack zu wenig kreative fleisch-fischlose Menues gibt. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Bestes Angebot im Catering das ich bisher gesehen habe. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker und Herr Emch ist eine sehr angenehme Person der speditiv und konzentriert sich darauf das alle gut bedient und erfreut sind.
