Artemisia Distillerie SA, Absinthe du Val-de-Travers

Grand'Rue 8, 2108 Couvet
Distillerie Artemisia-Bugnon, traditional production since 2005

Bugnon family, traditional production since 2005. Around two hundred years after the birth of absinthe, Claude-Alain Bugnon, who was born in the region but worked in oil refining, became interested in the drinks created by his ancestors and enjoyed for generations. Like many families in the region, he started making his absinthe in the basement of his house. Starting in 2000, he slowly gained a reputation that quickly spread beyond Switzerland. Using a recipe dating back to 1935, he developed a new absinthe which he dedicated to his creator at the time, Charlotte. Americans discovered "La Clandestine Bleue" (or CLB as some call it) through different "distribution channels". In 2005, as absinthe developed throughout the world and absinthe was about to become legal again in Switzerland, Claude-Alain was the first distiller from the birthplace of absinthe to take all the steps to become a legal producer. At the head of Artemisia distillerie artisanale, Claude-Alain and Karine Bugnon follow only one strategy: their passion for absinthe. The real thing, of course, produced with Val-de-Travers plants grown with care by our farmers. Claude-Alain and Karine Bugnon have imposed a rigorous philosophy on their distillery: respect for traditional absinthe and the maintenance of high-quality artisanal production. The aim of the Artemisia distillery is to produce quality absinthes that are recognised as being among the best in the Val-de-Travers! "Produced in the birthplace of absinthe, La Clandestine no longer needs to be a secret pleasure! ....

Frigo Service SA

Route du Pâqui 4, 1720 Corminboeuf

We have been active in the professional refrigeration sector for many years: • Commercial installations • Air conditioning • Heat pumps • Wine cellars As respect for the environment is one of our priorities, we make every effort to build installations using the most respectful and reliable components. FRIGO Service SA also offers an efficient breakdown service and a high-quality maintenance contract. Refrigeration Refrigeration refers to all the refrigeration processes used to lower the temperature in a closed space in order to maintain and preserve the sanitary condition of products and foodstuffs, usually food. The cold stops bacterial growth and slows down undesirable chemical reactions to extend a product's shelf life. Refrigeration is a food preservation technique that forms part of the cold chain. Air conditioning Air conditioning is the process of controlling, regulating and modifying climatic conditions, mainly for comfort or technical reasons in specific areas such as medical laboratories, operating theatres or computer rooms. Outside these areas, air conditioning is mainly used to cool a room where the temperature is too high, or to regulate humidity levels. Heat pumps Heat pumps are thermodynamic heating systems that use renewable energy. The heat pump takes the calories present in a natural medium - air, water, earth or soil - and transfers them by amplifying them to another medium, such as a building or a dwelling, in order to heat it. Wine cellar The ‘right’ temperature plays a vital role in the world of wine. For perfect wine tasting.
