Très satisfaite des résultats, la mise en condition du traitement et agréable / détendue, les prix très corrects, en rapport avec des centres dentaires. Réparation / soins / traitements etc.. on est traités comme des patients et non comme des clients.

Reçue chaleureusement à l’accueil , par un personnel très souriant ,ensuite prise en charge par une Dr. Dentiste, qui a su me redonner confiance, suite à mes mauvaises expériences de jeunesse. Puis extraction de 3 molaires par la Dr. Schaer, jeune femme formidable de douceur, qualité de travail extraordinaire .Explications tout au long de l’extraction, n’ai pas souffert, suis ressortie enchantée. Première visite chez ce dentiste, son caractère apaisant et très empathique m'a vraiment mis à l'aise directement. Il explique vraiment tout ce qu'il fait et cela m'a vraiment beaucoup rassuré.

Rien à redire concernant la prise en charge de ma chienne qui ne demande qu'à s'enfuir dès l'arrivée (mauvaises expériences précédentes) mais se laisse apaiser et faire par les vétérinaires qui s'en sont occupé grâce à leur gentillesse et empathie. Aucun forcing ou autre. Chaque prise de rendez-vous a été rapide (dans les 24 heures au maximum) lors de conjonctivites et autres soucis rencontrés. De mon expérience, je ne peux que les conseiller.

Je me suis cassée une incisive qui commençait à blesser la lèvre inférieure. C'était un jour férié. J'ai pris par email rdv pour le lendemain, un jour ouvrable. J'ai téléphoné le matin et j'ai pu prendre un rdv pour le soir même: c'était à moi que cette heure convenait le mieux; j'aurais pu y aller beaucoup plus top!
