Personale qualificato. Mi sono trovata a mio agio dalla prima lezione. I risultati cominciano a dare i " primi frutti" . Allenamento intenso. Consiglio vivamente, per chi , come me, ha poco tempo per un allenamento in palestra di più gg alla settimana. 20 min sono sufficienti!!
