ECAP is a non-commercial and non-profit adult education institute in Switzerland. Headquartered in Zurich, there are nine regional branches throughout Switzerland. With its courses, the intercultural organisation enables the education of migrants and employees in general, including those with little formal education. With more than 50,000 participants per year, ECAP is the second largest adult education institute in Switzerland – and the number one school for German and integration courses. Ho trovato Barbara una bellissima persona che ti mette a proprio agio durante le visite e con cui è facile e bello parlare. Ho iniziato con lei il mio percorso nutrizionale ad aprile 2021 con 93kg e sono oggi, a dicembre dello stesso anno a 67kg. Ho perso quindi 26kg per ora.
