J’ai vécu une séance de constellations familiales avec Amélie en visio, et ce fut un moment puissant. Dès le début, son écoute bienveillante m’a mis en confiance. Grâce à son accompagnement précis, j’ai pu explorer des schémas familiaux inconscients et en comprendre l’impact sur ma vie. Les prises de conscience ont été profondes, révélant des blocages que je portais sans en avoir toujours conscience. Au fil de la séance, une véritable libération s’est opérée, me laissant avec un sentiment de légèreté et d’alignement intérieur. Malgré la distance, l’intensité des émotions et des énergies en mouvement était bien présente. Cette séance m’a apporté apaisement et clarté. Psychological counselling I have been working in psychology, clinical sexology and couple counselling since 2008. I am an accredited psychotherapist in the UK and Switzerland. I use a 3rd wave cognitive-behavioural approach, aiming for mutually defined solutions within a minimal time frame. Whilst I acknowledge and explore each person's origins and shaping influences from their past, my focus is on "the here and now" with the potential of future improvements. Having lived in various countries and having a mixed cultural heritage, I am comfortable working with people of all ages, cultures and sexual orientations.
