J’ai vécu une séance de constellations familiales avec Amélie en visio, et ce fut un moment puissant. Dès le début, son écoute bienveillante m’a mis en confiance. Grâce à son accompagnement précis, j’ai pu explorer des schémas familiaux inconscients et en comprendre l’impact sur ma vie. Les prises de conscience ont été profondes, révélant des blocages que je portais sans en avoir toujours conscience. Au fil de la séance, une véritable libération s’est opérée, me laissant avec un sentiment de légèreté et d’alignement intérieur. Malgré la distance, l’intensité des émotions et des énergies en mouvement était bien présente. Cette séance m’a apporté apaisement et clarté.
