You are connected to Heaven and Earth, like a tree, solid, consistent, calm. You feel inspired, motivated to share Your gifts and Your truth with Your friends and Your community. You follow Your intuition with ease and whatever You do is in the flow. There is plenty of time for whatever Your heart desires. You are confident, professional, caring, empathic, creative. There is no box limiting the extent of Your thinking. 🌞 Every morning You wake up grateful for the new playground to explore. 🌙 every evening You go to bed full of gratitude for the learnings of the day. Have you realised that education (parents, schools, religion, media, society and more) covered your authentic Self with layers of rules, beliefs, cultural codes? So You started to doubt yourself, fearing change, the unforseeable future, what others may think or say about you. Trying to adapt to the pressure of indoctrination you shrank, feeling squished, oppressed, no energy, no drive, no motivation, no laughter, no dancing, no singing. You surrounded yourself with friends in similar situations and with status symbols. Your relationships started to frazzle, You were more and more irritable, maybe even violent. To be able to keep up with all your responsibilities you may have started to drink more often, maybe have a joint or a line. When working out in the gym did not bring a lasting recovery anymore, depression or burn-out called on your door and all you could think of was dark, dangerous, dismal. Today you can step out! In 8 weeks, whether in-person at my office or online, you will transform your reactions into thoughtful responses! Soft Skills Training (Group, individual, or corporate settings) Soft skills are what set you apart and make the difference when competing for a job. They go beyond technical expertise to highlight your unique personal and interpersonal qualities. 1. Emotional Intelligence • Understand and manage your own emotions. • Recognize and respond effectively to the emotions of others. • A key skill for leadership and interpersonal relationships. 2.
