Reha-Pflegeklinik Eden AG

Schulhausweg 11, 3852 Ringgenberg BE

Permanent Residence, Family Atmosphere, and Individual Care Around half of the beds in our clinic (approximately 25 beds) are typically occupied by permanent residents. Due to our operational size, we can provide individual care to our residents and guests, offering them a cozy new home accordingly. Residents with severe care needs benefit from our well-developed medical infrastructure, which rarely fails to meet their needs and necessitates a hospital transfer. Our cafeteria, the cozy lounges, and the large terrace (depending on the season) invite you to stay and relax. The opportunity to engage in occupational therapy activities, supervised walks, and individual events ensure a varied stay at the EDEN rehabilitation care clinic. Vacation and Transitional Solutions Guests who register for a vacation at EDEN without needing care are welcomed as spa guests. We recommend having your general practitioner prescribe a spa stay, allowing for invoicing without value-added tax. Care-dependent guests who enter for a defined period (maximum of 56 days in a calendar year, multiple stays possible) to relieve caregivers are admitted as short-term residents (billed according to the BESA service module). Transitional Stay This refers to admitting a guest to our facility for an undefined period. Possible reasons include: • Entry into the preferred institution is not yet possible. • After completing a spa stay, the necessary independence to return home is not yet present. • Medically prescribed spa stay after an accident or illness. Medically Prescribed Spa Stay After an Accident or Illness After an acute hospital stay or severe illness at home, a spa recuperation stay can be prescribed by the attending physician. The spa stay is justifiable from a medical perspective (recovery under medical supervision, possibly with care or therapy). The spa is an alternative to outpatient medical care at home (possibly with home care services / therapy / doctor visits / meal service / household help / transportation service). A spa stay can sometimes be more cost-effective than a combination of outpatient services at home. If your doctor supports a spa/recovery stay, have them issue a spa prescription, which you then forward to your health insurance or insurance provider. We need a copy of this spa prescription at the latest on the day of arrival. Medical and therapeutic services are covered by at least 90% by the basic insurance. Special rules apply to nursing care costs. Spa guests with additional insurance receive between CHF 20 and CHF 120 per day towards hotel costs at EDEN, which is also recognized as a spa house by "santésuisse." To find out the amount of participation in the boarding costs, please contact your health insurance. Therapy Services Physiotherapy is provided by therapists from the REHA KLINIK EDEN in Oberried at our facility in Ringgenberg. Certified physiotherapists provide holistic and individual treatment through physiotherapy in orthopedics / neurosurgery / rheumatology / neurology, and internal medicine. Care or Nursing of Relatives Do you care for your relatives? EDEN CARE offers you: • Good compensation for your work at home, including social benefits, vacation compensation • Free counseling sessions • Home analysis by experienced certified nursing professionals • Expert advice and support • Relief offers for you and your relatives Fair Compensation for Your Home Care "EDEN CARE" Do you provide loving care for your relatives every day? The new concept of "EDEN CARE" honors your important work and offers you the opportunity to receive appropriate compensation for your work. With our service offering "Care by Relatives," the Eden rehabilitation care clinic aims with the project "EDEN CARE" to ensure that caregiving relatives who provide insured basic care services receive the deserved compensation for their efforts.

Hypnosis is a natural state that we all experience on a daily basis without even realizing it, such as when driving, walking, or being deeply absorbed in a book or a film. It is an altered state of consciousness where the unconscious takes center stage while consciousness steps back, transforming itself into a calm observer. In this state, the mind is receptive and open to new ideas, new perceptions, and most importantly, new ways of approaching life's challenges. The hypnotic state offers fertile ground for learning, discovery, and self-exploration. It allows you to bypass conscious barriers such as fears, limiting beliefs, or psychological defense mechanisms. By accessing this state, the brain uses its internal resources to highlight hidden skills and promote desired changes. This allows you to redefine perceptions and pave the way for more appropriate and satisfying behaviors. Stimulating Creativity Hypnosis acts as a lever to stimulate creativity, an essential quality for shaping a reality that better matches our deep aspirations and needs. It allows you to question habitual thought patterns, free yourself from conventions, and make room for new perspectives. In this space of mental freedom, we can imagine new solutions to old problems, as if we were creating a blank canvas where all possibilities are possible. This creative process is at the heart of the hypnotic experience. It encourages us to explore new paths, to move away from preconceived ideas and to consider alternative solutions. By using hypnosis, we learn to mobilize our internal resources effectively and to integrate them into our daily lives. This state of openness allows us to revisit our representation of ourselves and to reconfigure our behaviors so that they are in line with our desires and our objectives. A Brief, Solution-Oriented Therapy Hypnotherapy is often called brief therapy because it focuses on solutions rather than problems. At the beginning of each session, the therapist discusses with the person their objectives and the positive suggestions that will be explored during the hypnotic trance. This approach aims to redirect attention to aspects of life that are often neglected by the conscious mind. Hypnotic induction is a phase where the therapist uses techniques to modify the state of consciousness, thus promoting the hypnotic state. Contrary to what one might believe, the person under hypnosis remains active and maintains total control over the process. At any time, they can choose to engage or interrupt the experience. The role of the hypnotherapist is to accompany, suggest and guide using images, metaphors and propositions that resonate with the unconscious. Hypnosis does not seek to impose changes, but rather to reveal those that the person is ready to consider and integrate into their life. It allows them to free themselves from habits that have become obsolete and to reconnect with ways of doing things that are more in line with their current aspirations. On average, hypnotherapy takes place over a cycle of three to four sessions. Each session brings new perspectives and gives the person time to assimilate and put into practice the changes in their daily life. If necessary, additional cycles can be considered to deepen the work undertaken. Hypnosis as a Complement to Medical Care
