Situated in the vineyards of La Côte in Saint-Prex, a magnificent medieval village. Our estate overlooks Lake Geneva and the Alps. A south-facing hillside benefits from generous sunshine, rich soil and a great deal of passion. You'll receive a warm welcome from the Bugnon family. We have been cultivating the estate since the 4th generation. In 2023, we celebrated the 70th anniversary of our move from the old village of Saint-Prex to Bon-Boccard. Over the years, the estate has grown, and we now cultivate 8.3 hectares of vines. The grape varieties grown are Chasselas, Doral, Chardonnay, Gamay, Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Garanoir and Merlot. Our work is part of a constant quest for excellence, combining respect for the vines with the preservation of the winemaking traditions that have shaped our estate. Respect for the vines is at the heart of our approach. Each machine is operated with care, taking care not to disturb the natural balance of our terroir. We use methods that respect the environment, minimising our ecological footprint and preserving the biodiversity of our estate.

Bonjour, J'ai trouvé chez Daniel Bovy et son fils Xavier tout d'abord des vignerons passionnés par leur métier et une large gamme de vins top au niveau qualité à des prix abordables, que ce soit au niveau blanc, rouge ainsi que le tartegnin rosé ! Je ne peux que vous recommander une petite dégustation sur leur terrasse ombragée avec une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman. Vous dégusterez un excellent chasselas et chasselas sur lie ainsi que quelques autres spécialités. En ce qui concerne les vins rouges pour un repas, je ne peux que vous recommander le Désir-Noir (mariage de cépages Gamaret, Garanoir, Pinot Noir) ainsi que le Dornfelder, un peu plus charpenté, (cépage originaire d'Allemagne). English Version The Domaine au Point du Jour is located below the town of Mont-sur-Rolle, 300 m from Lake Geneva. Founded in 1924, this vineyard human scale remained an exclusively family estate. Winemakers from father to son, we grow the vines in traditional method, while adapting constantly to technological developments. A cellar was created in 1963 in order to produce the wine in better conditions. It consists of coated steel tanks and oak. For generations, it is important for us to respect the surrounding wildlife. All our wines are produced according to ecological methods certified by the Vitiswiss label. Our vineyards are cultivated in a "mid-high" system to promote weed and mechanization of labor. We also make sure to limit production in order to obtain only quality wines. Each year, we are so excited to offer our customers a range of wines with varied and interesting varieties, composed of white, red and sparkling. At Dawn, we are also proud to cultivate rare and precious varieties such as Auxerrois. Some have also received awards on the occasion of tasting contest.
