Il ravioli: La pasta troppo bianca per essere una pasta all'uovo come converrebbe per i ravioli. Troppo liscia e insapore. Il ripieno che doveva essere ai funghi porcini, non ne aveva né il sapore né il profumo. Molto deludenti. Migliori le orecchiette alle cime di rapa, che hanno fatto alzare il mio giudizio a sufficiente.

Schon der Empfang vom charmanten Gastgeber Herrn Stadler ist eine wahre Freude ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Wir sind sehr gerne zu Gast im Anker. Auch das Serviceteam, hervorragend zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Speisen regional saisonal zubereitet und sehr schön angerichtet. Auch das Brot, das zu den Speisen gereicht wird hervorragend. Schöne Weinkarte. Auch die Desserts sind liebevoll zubereitet. Ein erster Sommertag im Juli. Bei früheren Besuchen lernten wir die feine Käseschnitte kennen. Diese Verlockung veranlasste uns, eine Reise von Winterthur ins Toggenburg zu unternehmen. Leider fanden wir die Käseschnitte nicht auf der Speisekarte, doch der Wirt war sofort bereit, uns eine Käseschnitte zuzubereiten. Herzliche Dank, hier geht der Wirt auf die Wünsche seiner Gäste ein.

The Jazz Hotel has been renovated and opened in 2018 and is the best choice for a peaceful and carefree stay in Ascona. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The rich breakfast is served in the hall on the first floor or on the outdoor terrace. Some useful information: free mineral water and coffee, 24/24 internet connection, non-smoking hotel, pets are not allowed, reception is served until 20.00, after which you can check in electronically at the building entrance, check-out by 11.00 am, internal parking available.
