Tais hat mir mit der Feldenkrais Methode bei der Bewältigung meiner momentanen sehr belastenden Situation sehr geholfen. Durch die Therapien konnte ich entspannen, besser schlafen und so langsam zu mehr Kraft kommen, um achtsamer mit mir und der Situation umgehen zu können. Sehr empfehlenswert.
