Ich komme seit Jahren mit Kollegen gelegentlich für ein Nachtessen in den Hirschen. Ich schätze die gutbürgerliche Küche und die grosszügigen Portionen. Die Wildsaison im Herbst liebe ich am meisten, die saisonalen Menüs sind der Hammer! Hier wird wirklich noch praktisch alles frisch und auf dem Holzherd zubereitet, wo gibts denn so was noch? Da kann es halt an stark frequentierten Tagen schon mal vorkommen, dass man etwas warten muss. Aber es lohnt sich! Unter der Woche ist es am Abend zumeist ruhig. Für grössere Gruppen und am Wochenende wäre eine Reservation von Vorteil.

Super Angebot an Würsten, aber da hört's nicht auf. Fleisch ist 1a von lokalen Produzenten, kein Grosshandel Mastbetrieb Schrott. Mit Sicherheit nicht billig, und auch nicht günstig. Aber lieber etwas weniger oder weniger oft Fleisch kaufen. Dafür aber qualitativ hochstehende Ware erstehen wenn's dann der Fall ist. :-) Danke für all das Herzblut investiert, das sieht und schmeckt man. Weiter so
