Es geht schon mit einer äusserst freundlichen Begrüssung von Fr Akkermans an der Rezeption oder Tele los - egal ob ein regulärer Termin (Dr. O.Schmied) oder als Notfall (bei Fr. Dr.Diethelm) Ich habe mich wirklich immer, sehr gut aufgehoben, äusserst kompetent und liebevoll betreut gefühlt. Man hat sich wirklich für mich und meine Hündin Lucy Zeit genommen; selbst meine Meinung/Vorschläge als beunruhigtes Frauchen wurden angehört. Danke dem ganzen Team - bitte weiter so !!!!! Ich war zweimal notfall - beide Male war ich mehr als zufrieden! Der Umgang mit den Tieren, die Atmosphäre gefällt mir. Leider bin ich nicht motorisiert, würde ansonsten sofort wechseln. DANKE

Die meisten Katzenhalter kennen diese Situation: das Büsi muss zum Tierarzt. Nur schon das Einpacken im Transportkorb, dann der Weg, das Wartezimmer, all die fremden Geräusche und Gerüche sind für unsere Stubentiger stressig. Ganz anders bei Frau Dr. Puhl: sie kommt auf Termin nach Hause, die Katze bleibt in ihrer gewohnten Umgebung, die Behandlung ist da viel stressfreier als sonstwo. Wir empfehlen Frau Dr. Puhl für die Behandlung ihrer Haustiere, wir selbst rufen sie immer wieder!
