About us Stripped Pizza brings your favorite food to the table in a new way: creative, inspiring and free like your life. And just as wholesome and natural as you want to eat. Menu Our mission Stripped Pizza was founded in Zurich in 2016 with the mission of providing pizza as a wholesome meal without additives, flavor enhancers and colorings. That's where our name “Stripped” comes from: free from any additives. The recipes are created in-house to ensure that every pizza is balanced and wholesome. This means a high proportion of fiber, nutrients, proteins and vitamins. We are constantly developing our dishes to make them even more wholesome. For example, we enrich our pizzas with vegetables whenever possible. Quality is also very important to us. The ingredients are always fresh, of high quality and are carefully prepared by hand. The dough and the sauce are prepared daily on site according to our own recipe. Our dough is left to mature for 48 hours so that it is nice and airy and easier to digest. We currently offer four different doughs. Multigrain dough for lovers of “traditional” pizza dough. Wholemeal dough with linseed for those with a sweet tooth. Gluten-free dough for foodies with gluten intolerance. And a new broccoli dough, one third of which consists of fresh broccoli, for those who prefer a wholesome pizza base. Whether vegans, athletes, allergy sufferers or omnivores - it is important to us that everyone receives a wholesome meal from us. That's why we offer a wide variety of pizzas and, of course, you can customize your pizza according to your wishes. In addition to our passion for good food, we also care about health and well-being in general. We cooperate with various yoga studios, support football clubs, support the Cancer League and offer space for creative courses. Ohne Reservierung bin ich persönlich ins Restaurant gegangen um für 2 Plätze per 17.00 Uhr von letzten Samstag anzufragen. Obwohl alles ausgebucht war, hat mir die Dame am Empfang einen Zweiertisch für die Zeitspanne von 17.00 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr gefunden. Top. Das Essen und die Bedienung war Spitze. Ich war schon mehrmals bei Euch essen und habe das Gefühlt, die Qualität und der Service hat war immer sehr hoch. Gratuliere. Ich werde Sie gerne wieder besuchen und auch sehr gerne weiterempfehlen. The Restaurant Altes Klösterli serves modern Swiss specialties in a cozy atmosphere and with a fantastic view of the Glattal. The terrace offers a view of the Semien Mountains of the zoo Zurich, where jeladas and other Ethiopian animals live, as well as the Lewa Savanna. The Restaurant Altes Klösterli has its own parking spaces directly in front of the house.

Sehr motiviertes, professionelles Personal. Aufmerksam, herzlich und speditiv. Essen sehr lecker. Wein und Grappa sehr fein. Absolut empfehlenswert!
