Not recommended if you want your pet to live
We called on a Monday, really worried about our young dog with a swollen belly and acting strange. We were told "it's not an emergency" and to wait until the next available appointment, Thursday afternoon. By Saturday, our dog was dead. At only 3.5 years old. Diagnosis: liver cirrhosis. All the other vets we have spoken to in this process asked about his history, and when told that he almost died on the transport from Romania and was saved by antibiotics in Germany, they all said 'this must have been the cause', that his liver must have been so badly damaged that it just kept slowly getting worse. No only did this vet not pay attention to this, when confronted about this he said "when you brought him to me it was fine" and when I said that he should have at least been interested in Cosmo's medical history, warn us that this may have consequences and suggest more special testing he said he "could not tell the future". All I can do is warn others. If you want care, go elsewhere.
