False Estimation
I was hosting an event where a cable triphase was necessary to power a food truck. Giannassi came over for an initial consultation to assess the situation and provide an price estimate. After promising a 300-500 bill, I receive a quote for 600+ chf. Given that I received the quote only the day before the day of the event, I was forced to move forward with the overpriced service. Calling Mr. Giannassi after the event, Giannassi then claims that his estimations do not have to be accurate and was relatively rude in arguing his overpriced service. Although the electrician service was good, their respect for customers and ethical integrity seem to be lacking. I will not be calling them again.
