Hartmann Jürg

Jürg Hartmann was born on December 9, 1979. His parents ran a farm and a 3-hectare vineyard. He enjoyed growing grapes and decided to become a winemaker.

He completed his first year of apprenticeship in Wil (ZH) with the Angst family and his second year with the Reichling family in Stäfa. He spent his final year with the Rosi and Peter Hermann family in Fläsch.

In order to further his education, he attended a language school in Perth (Australia). He then worked at the
Fromm Winery la Strada in New Zealand.

When he returned from his stay abroad, he took over his parents' business. During the first few years, he completed the master school, graduating in 2007 in Wädenswil.

His dream of owning his own winery has now come true. He now presses and sells his wines in his own winery.

In order to cultivate the 5 hectares of vineyards and sell the wine, his sister
Silvia Caluori-Hartmann has also joined the business.
