Pierre-André was born in Cully in 1966. After training as a carpenter, the call of the open sea took him around the world on merchant ships. And it was with his head and senses full of smells, flavors and recipes that he returned to his homeland, intent on sharing his love of world cuisines.

After a year at the Café Fédéral in Cully, he decided to make his dream come true: to offer his vision of cuisine as a caterer.
