The main purpose of the Spiped Association is to enable care at home for infants, children and adolescents with acute and chronic illnesses.

Caring for a child at home in his or her family environment is of great benefit to the child and his or her family: it takes an efficient organization with competent staff to make it possible.

The Spiped Association, with its activity focused on the child and family, collaborates to create a shared vision with the institutions involved in the network and promote a participatory project of parents, which supports them in adapting to chronic illness and living with their children's disabilities on a daily basis.
