First in Ticino to offer sushi, our philosophy is linked to the concept of live food. Every day we offer fresh, top-quality products, with which we make not only sushi, but special proposals as well as vegetarian and technical foods that stimulate the mind and lead us to explore the flavors of the world, attentive to the tastes of our customers and their intolerance, to gluten and lactose in particular.

Five days, five proposals

Every week we devise new dishes of the day, satiating and offered at an excellent value for money. From meat tartare to salmon and tuna, from marinated salmon or tuna bites with delicious vegetables to rich mousse, we create new dishes every day. We also offer customers a healthy fresh ginger herbal tea with brown sugar.
