Fromage le tendremont
Je suis désappointée que cette fromagerie locale utilise encore des additifs toxiques tel le E 160b pour juste colorer la croûte de ce fromage. Je ne comprends pas.

Our cheese dairy is located in the foothills of the Fribourg Pre-Alps, close to the mountain that lends it its name and in the heart of the production region for Gruyère PDO and Vacherin Fribourgeois PDO. Since 1965, we've been making and maturing a variety of cheeses in keeping with Fribourg's raw materials and cheese-making traditions.
