The winery 

The vineyards operated by Cave les Baillets total around 9 hectares,
spread over three communes : Russin, Satigny and Bernex. These terroirs with
marked differences allow us to cultivate 15 grape varieties by
applying the principle of integrated production.

The winery, located at the entrance to the hamlet " Les Baillets " offers an
impressive view of the Jura. Modern winemaking methods are based
on the code of good oenological practice.
