About Landi Metzg

The Landi butcher's shop has existed in Stäfa for 40 years. Until 1992, it was run by the Landi Stäfa-Männedorf cooperative itself. Rented to us since fall 1992. 1996 New construction of the butcher's shop with a sales counter, self-service showcase, production rooms, cold room and storage room. 2009 Expansion of the butcher's shop and production rooms with storage room. We are a member of the Swiss Butchers Association and Metzger Qualität. This means that we voluntarily have our products tested in the laboratory. Voluntary company inspections and advice from experts. In our production we process meat from I. P. and organic farms from the Stäfa region, Zurich Oberland, Bern region and Central Switzerland. The meat is slaughtered in the regional slaughterhouse in Hinwil. We source many prime cuts from professional colleagues in Central Switzerland, Toggenburg and the Bernese Oberland.
