Led by Head Chef Martin Weber, Chapter Two reinterprets Liechtenstein's culinary heritage. Classics are deconstructed and local ingredients are combined in surprising ways, making each dish tell its own story. Weber, who refined his skills in renowned establishments such as Steirereck in Vienna and Incantare in Heiden (2 Michelin stars), combines regional roots with international inspiration at Chapter Two.
