Cave La Vignolle / Saveurs & Nature is a family business born of the authentic flavors of chef Emmanuel Chassot. Born on a farm and having cultivated his love of the land via arboriculture, market gardening and vineyards for many years. The entrepreneur embarked on the development of local products under the brand " Saveurs & Nature ", local fast-food to enhance the value of his production.

Then came the opportunity to take over the small family winery he now runs. This will enable him to develop his passion for wine, raising over 15 different vintages using traditional vinification.

Fruit production

Fruit and vegetable production are labelled " IP Suisse ". Local products are mainly based on our own or regional production. You'll find : salad dressings, fruit juices, syrups, jams, soups, sauces, spiced butters, terrines, bricelets, eaux-de-vie and other specialities...

The vines are cultivated with respect for the environment according to the standards of the Vitiswiss certificate, grapes from autochthonous varieties ripened in the heart of the Coteaux du Soleil.
