I have been fascinated by the human anatomy since my youth. As an enthusiastic competitive athlete, I learned how important a professional massage and the right (individual) nutrition are for performance and recovery. Especially before, during and after intensive training.

After my active time as a competitive athlete, I was drawn abroad. In 2005, my path led me to Asia. During my three-year stay, I learned a variety of massage techniques. Back in Switzerland, I deepened my knowledge and now work as a recognized professional massage therapist. I continue to train in complementary therapy, specializing in reflexology.

After my successful training as a nutritional therapist SPA, I trained to become a Zert. MicronutrientCoach®. I am fascinated by the world of vital substance medicine and am happy to incorporate this valuable knowledge into my consultations for greater well-being and vitality. My strength? The combination of Western and Eastern approaches - the best of East & West! As a cert. Integrative Nutrition Expert, I utilise the latest scientific findings with Eastern experiential medicine from TCM. Using DNA analysis, I offer personalised nutritional recommendations based on your GENE.

I love supporting people with different needs on their journey. In addition to my medical expertise, my strengths lie in the individual interplay of Eastern and Western massage techniques. It is a great pleasure for me to be able to utilise the latest findings from nutritional science with evidence-based healing knowledge from traditional Chinese medicine.
