Our medical services

We offer a wide range of medically sound services – individually tailored to your needs. Wherever possible, we prefer preventive approaches and support you in making healthy lifestyle changes that have a lasting effect. This is because Mediterranean medicine, nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness are often more effective than medication.

Our medical services include, among other things:

• State-of-the-art blood analysis on site

• Collaboration with an external laboratory (5 minutes away)

• Referrals to modern X-ray and MRI facilities in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes away)

• ECG and lung function tests

• Infusion therapies (with iron, electrolytes, or for osteoporosis treatment, if necessary)

Experience & Qualifications

Dr. Ruffo has more than 44 years of experience as a general practitioner in Zurich. With a multicultural team, we are building a practice where people with Mediterranean roots can feel at home—linguistically, culturally, and personally.
