Our head chef Andrea Hinder and her team prepare all of our dishes in-house, fresh and mainly using regional products. Every quarter we create a new menu for you to be inspired by our current menu and stimulate your imagination and palate. Nous étions 9 personnes ce samedi de forte affluence et avions réservé pour le service de 14 heures. Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis et avons apprécié le sourire, la sympathie et la compétence de l’équipe au service. Quant à la cuisine, ce fut parfait ! Bravo et merci à l’équipe du Carrefour ! Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons.

The Hôtel surprises the visitor with its architecture and glass walls rising from a splendid mass of greenery. While the outside symbolizes the glaciers, the interior seeks to be cosy and friendly.

J‘ai organisé un apéritif au „Le Bourgeois“ avec plus de 130 participants. Tout s‘est très bien passé. Tant l‘apéritif dînatoire que le service étaient excellents. La salle est parfaitement adaptée pour un événement avec autant de personnes. Un grand merci à Monsieur Cerrone et son équipe pour l‘organisation irréprochable.
