Claire Duport – Sophrology et Hypnosis in Carouge -Accredited by ASCA et RME

Unlock your capacity for change with hypnosis and sophrology For adults and children – In French or English ASCA and RME accredited You’ve probably heard that the solution lies within you. And often, that’s true. But for that inner solution to truly help, it needs to be uncovered, deeply felt, and gently transformed into action. My role is to support you on this path of change, using an integrative approach that brings together sophrology, hypnosis, and RITMO® (a technique inspired by EMDR). Hypnosis helps you access your unconscious resources to overcome emotional, behavioural, or physical blocks. Sophrology teaches you how to calm your mind, reconnect with your body, and manage your emotions. RITMO® , similar to EMDR, is especially effective in helping process and release traumatic experiences. With active listening, recognized methods, and over 10 years of experience in private practice, I support a wide range of issues, including: • Stress and emotional regulation • Anxiety and trauma • Sleeping disorders • Phobias • Addictions and quitting smoking • Weight loss • Chronic pain • Self-confidence • Mental and athletic preparation • Pregnancy and motherhood Because well-being starts in the earliest early ages, I am also specialized in sophrology for children to help them connect with their emotions and grow with more inner balance and self-confidence. I am accredited by ASCA and RME , which means many Swiss supplementary health insurance plans may partially reimburse your sessions. Please check directly with your insurer to confirm eligibility

The Feldenkrais Method: An approach to oneself and its relation to the world through body movement and attention. Through hundreds of different lessons, experimenting with the countless possibilities of human movements, the Feldenkrais practitioner offers the student movements that they are invited to explore at their own pace, in a comfortable amplitude, paying attention. to his bodily sensations, to his breathing, to his supports, to the effects of gravity, to space, to his thoughts, to his feelings, to the relations between the nervous system, the skeleton, the muscles and the environment in all its aspects. The Feldenkrais Method creates the conditions for "awareness through movement": when something in us perceives that what is being experienced is deeply interesting and meaningful, there is a harmonious change that comes from within and amazes us. What the Feldenkrais Method will do for you: The benefits of this approach can be numerous: better quality of movement and posture, more strength and flexibility, physical and mental well-being, better adaptation to stress and to life in general. By improving breathing, the body is better oxygenated and vitality increases accordingly. The kinesthetic sense is refined, the person becomes aware of the way in which his patterns are formed and can thus modify them more easily.
